This LCQ DECA is a superb instrument, suited to routine work, ideal for proteomics and protein gel band identification.

The included Xcalibur software is very simple to use with its own tuning software, 'LCQ Tune', which carries out automatic lens tuning. It is capable of MS/MSn with excellent sensitivity, data dependent scanning, normalised collision energy as well as fast scanning speeds with the automatic gain control function.

Rapid analysis of both DNA and RNA synthetic oligonucleotides to obtain sequence information and assess purity, which can be especially important in the preclinical evaluation and development of oligonucleotides as therapeutic agents.

This version is the second member in the ion trap family, coming after the LCQ Classic, and features MS/MSn.

Fully cleaned, re-worked and serviced at our labs in Kent, UK, this system comes complete with:
